Water sealing pipe fitting with inspection and sweeping opening
The invention provides a pipe fitting having both inspection and sweeping functions and a water sealing function. The pipe fitting is of a downstream three-way joint pipe structure, the side of the downstream three-way joint pipe is provided with a water inlet, the lower part of the downstream three-way joint pipe is provided with a 45-degree water sealing bent pipe, the upper part of the downstream three-way joint pipe is provided with an inspection and sweeping opening cover seat, the 45-degree bent pipe has the water sealing function, the water sealing height is 55 mm, and a 135-degree bentpipe has a water outlet function and a perfect water sealing function; and the water sealing pipe fitting with an inspection and sweeping opening is arranged between a horizontal pipe and a verticalpipe to block odor overflowing from the vertical pipe from entering the horizontal pipe. Certain problems existing in an existing anti-odor technology can be changed, and thus blocking measures are brought forwards and are superior to an existing anti-odor method; then through an inspection and sweeping opening cover seat piece connected and fixed to the floor surface through a section of short pipe, an inspection and sweeping opening cover can be opened at any moment according to the need to inspect and clear sediments; the sediments can be inspected and cleared easily by every resident through simple and convenient small tools (a small spoon or a clip and an electric torch); and after a house is put into use, as long as a sufficient amount of water is discharged into a water sealing pipe, the foul smell overflowing from the vertical pipe can be sealed from environmental pollution and harm to physical and psychological health of people.
本发明是一种即有检查清扫功能又有水封功能的管件。结构是一个顺水三通，其侧是进水口、下接45度水封弯管、上接检查清扫口盖座，45度弯管是水封功能、水封高度55毫米、135度弯管是出水口功能和完善水封功能。有检查清扫口水封管件在横管和竖管之间设置，起到阻断竖管反溢臭气进入横管。可以改变现在防臭技术存的一些问题，使阻断措施提前，优于现有防臭方法。又通过一段短管连接固定于楼板面上的检查清扫口盖座件，可根据需要随时打开检查清扫口盖，检查清除沉积物。每个住户利用简便的小工具（小勺或夹子和电筒）都可以轻松做到。房屋投入使用后只要有足量的水排入水封管内，就可封住由竖管反溢的污秽气味污染环境伤害人们身心健康。
