A plurality of anti-clogging mechanisms are arranged in the cover body, and each anti-clogging mechanism comprises an installation cavity and a placement cavity. A lifting plate is elastically connected to the inner bottom of the installation cavity through an energized spring. A vertical rod is fixedly connected to the upper wall of the lifting plate, and an anti-clogging ball is fixedly connected to one end, away from the lifting plate, of the vertical rod. Hydraulic wheels are rotatably connected to the inner walls of the drainage channels through rotating parts, magnetic strips are fixedly connected to the lower walls of the hydraulic wheels, and permanent magnet plates attracting the opposite poles of the magnetic strips are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the placement cavity.
