On the basis of an existing energy-saving house technology, switching structures with a cold and hot bridge cutoff function are arranged between outer frames of doors and windows and outer walls of the house and between the outer frames and a framework of the house, and wood partition strips capable of being filled with heat insulation cotton, plastic partition strips and fasteners with the cold and hot bridge cutoff function are arranged in a multi-layer cavity structure of the energy-saving house, so that the overall heat insulation performance of the house is further improved. Rainproof plates which can be in lap joint are arranged on the outer walls of the energy-saving house and on multiple layers of blocks of a roof, and heatinsulation blocks with a rainproof function are arranged on the framework of the house, so that a more convenient rainproof function is achieved. By arranging bonding surfaces and heat insulation strips on the outer walls and on the inner sides of the multiple layers of blocks of the roof, a more convenient airtight function is achieved. Due to a layered connection mode of a thin-film heat insulation structure, a directly formed block-shaped connection mode, manual bond welding, automatic flat edge stacking, straight edge stacking and a mesh connection block-shaped connection mode, high efficiency and energy conservation of built houses and newly built houses can be achieved more quickly.
