Bidirectional coupling shear damper and shock absorption frame structure system
The invention relates to the field of building construction, and provides a bidirectional coupling shear damper and a shock absorption frame structure system. The damper comprises an upper end plate,a lower end plate and an energy consumption assembly arranged between the upper end plate and the lower end plate, the energy consumption assembly comprises an energy consumption pipe fixed to the upper end plate and a fixed pipe fixed to the lower end plate; the length of the energy consumption pipe is larger than the length of the fixed pipe, the end, back on to the upper end plate, of the energy consumption pipe is inserted into the fixed pipe in a sliding mode, a smooth layer is formed between the fixed pipe and the energy consumption pipe, and the smooth layer is attached and fixed to theinner wall of the fixed pipe; and the structure system comprises a main body frame structure, a first filling wallboard, a second filling wallboard and the bidirectional coupling shear damper. According to the bidirectional coupling shear damper and the shock absorption frame structure system, buckling damage or tensile failure of the energy consumption pipe is avoided, coordination of deformation damage mechanisms among the main body frame structure, the damper, the first filling wallboard and the second filling wallboard can be achieved, and damage of the first filling wallboard and the second filling wallboard under the action of a bidirectional coupling earthquake is remarkably relieved.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,提供了一种双向耦合剪切阻尼器、减震框架结构体系。该阻尼器包括上端板、下端板、设于上端板与下端板之间的耗能组件,耗能组件包括固定于上端板的耗能管和固定于下端板的固定管;耗能管的长度大于固定管的长度,耗能管背向上端板的一端可滑动地插设在固定管内,固定管与耗能管之间形成有光滑层,光滑层贴覆固定在固定管的内壁上。该结构体系包括主体框架结构、第一填充墙板、第二填充墙板和双向耦合剪切阻尼器。本发明不仅避免了耗能管发生屈曲破坏或拉断,而且还可实现主体框架结构、阻尼器、第一填充墙板和第二填充墙板三者之间变形损伤机制的协调,显著减轻了第一填充墙板和第二填充墙板在双向耦合地震作用下的损伤。
