The invention provides a novel steel bar planting structure and a construction method thereof, relates to the technical field of steel bar connecting machine manufacturing, and aims to solve the problems that when steel bar planting needs to be carried out a secondary structure on a civil engineering site, holes are drilled in a surface layer of an original concrete surface, then steel bars are planted, the work amount is large, and the work efficiency is low. The structure comprises a shell, a metal fixing piece, a metal chamfer, a metal binder, a main steel bar and a steel bar to be planted,wherein the shell is of a hollow design, the shell is designed to be T-shaped and is divided into a transverse part and a vertical part, the metal fixing piece is located at the upper portion of thetransverse part of the shell, the metal chamfer is arranged on the inner wall of the vertical part of the shell, the main steel bar is arranged on the transverse part of the shell in a penetrating mode, the steel bar to be planted is arranged on the vertical part of the shell in a penetrating mode, and a gap between the steel bar to be planted and the metal chamfer is filled with the metal binder.The structure reinforces connection between the planted steel bar and a main bar of an original structure, so that the strength and the stability are improved.
本发明提供一种新型植筋的结构及其施工方法,其涉及钢筋连接机械制造技术领域,旨在解决在土建现场遇到二次结构需要植筋时,在原混凝土面表层钻孔再进行植筋,工程量大且工作效率低的问题。包括有外壳、金属固定片、金属倒角、金属粘结剂、主钢筋、待植钢筋,所述外壳采用中空设计,所述外壳外形呈T字形设计,所述外壳分为横部以及竖部,所述金属固定片位于外壳的横部上方,所述位于外壳的竖部内壁上设置有金属倒角,所述主钢筋穿设在外壳的横部,所述待植钢筋穿设在外壳的竖部,所述待植钢筋与金属倒角之间的缝隙通过金属粘结剂进行填充。通过本结构设置加强植入钢筋与原结构主筋相连,增加强度和稳定性。
