The green roof device comprises a planting pond and a rainwater collecting and recycling device; the rainwater collecting and recycling device comprises a rainwater collecting box, a water pump, a water pumping pipe, a water outlet pipe and a spraying box; partition plates are arranged in the planting pond, a sliding area and planting areas are formed in the planting pond, and water collecting holes communicating with the planting areas and a sliding opening communicating with the sliding area are formed in the bottom of the planting pond; a sliding plate is slidably connected in the sliding area, one end of the water pumping pipe is connected with the water pump, the other end of the water pumping pipe penetrates through the sliding opening and is located in the rainwater collecting box, one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the water pump, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the spraying box, and water spraying holes are formed in the side wall of the spraying box; and the planting pond is further provided with a reciprocating motion device used for driving the sliding plate to reciprocate. According to the green roof device, the purpose of rainwater collecting and recycling is achieved, the rainwater utilizing rate is high, water resources are saved, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.
