The invention discloses a mounting structure and a mounting method of a stainless steel wall face. The mounting structure comprises embedded parts which are uniformly distributed and the stainless steel wall face, wherein the embedded parts are connected with fixing mechanisms, and a connecting mechanism is arranged on the stainless steel wall face; each fixing mechanism comprises a fixing cylinder, a cylindrical sliding block is slidably connected in each fixing cylinder, an extension spring is arranged at the bottom of each fixing cylinder, and each fixing cylinder is provided with a movingmechanism; each moving mechanism comprises a moving seat, a threaded hole is formed in each moving seat, a threaded rod is connected in each threaded hole, each threaded rod is connected with a squareplug, each square plug is connected with a rotating handle, each threaded rod is connected with a driving ball part, a driving groove is formed in each cylindrical sliding block, and a cam part is arranged in each driving groove; and the connecting mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a clamping cylinder and a clamping hole are arranged on the fixed seat, the clamping hole is connected with a self-clamping mechanism, a clamping part is arranged on the sliding block, and the cylindrical sliding block is connected with a guide part. By means of the arrangement, the stainless steel wall face can beconveniently and rapidly installed, and the advantage of high installation stability is achieved.
