The invention discloses a mounting structure for sleeving a steel structure unit wall body and a mounting method thereof.The mounting structure comprises a building original wall, a U-shaped vertical keel, a set of L-shaped transverse keels, a set of honeycomb composite wall panels, a set of L-shaped sleeve pieces and a set of Z-shaped dry hanging pieces, and the U-shaped vertical keel is fixed to the building original wall; a plurality of rows of L-shaped transverse keels are sequentially and symmetrically arranged on the surface of the U-shaped vertical keel from top to bottom, each row comprises at least two L-shaped transverse keels, the ends of the L-shaped transverse keels are fixedly connected with the U-shaped vertical keel, and the adjacent L-shaped transverse keels are connected through L-shaped external members in a penetrating mode to form a steel structure unit frame. The honeycomb composite wall panels are arranged outside the steel structure unit frames and fixed to the Z-shaped dry hanging pieces through screws, and the Z-shaped dry hanging pieces are connected to the L-shaped transverse keels in a hung mode, so that the installation efficiency of the wall is improved, consumables are reduced, and the strength and the bearing capacity are improved.
