Assembly type concrete component mounting method
The invention relates to an assembly type concrete component mounting method which comprises the following steps: I, pre-embedding foundation bolts which get out of a reinforced concrete bottom platefoundation on four corners of a constructed reinforced concrete bottom plate foundation; II, arranging an outer edge plate at the lower end of a profile steel column, enabling the outer edge plate topenetrate through a first opening, separately welding the two adjacent side surfaces of the profile steel column to reinforcing steel bars in two wallboards, connecting an inverted-H-shaped beam on aposition, above the wallboards, of the profile steel column, separately filling light-weight aggregate concrete into the profile steel column and the wallboards for enabling the wallboards and the profile steel column to define a combined wallboard; step III, lifting prefabricated wallboards and the profile steel column onto the reinforced concrete bottom plate foundation, and splicing the foundation bolts into the first opening, connecting nuts on the foundation bolts through bolts for fixing the profile steel column; and IV, lifting a superposed board to a position above the combined wallboard for capping, and pouring concrete on the superposed board to form a superposed layer. The assembly type concrete component mounting method has the effects of being convenient in mounting and shortening a construction period.
本发明涉及一种装配式混凝土构件安装方法,其包括以下步骤:一、施工钢筋混凝土底板基础四角均预埋上穿出钢筋混凝土底板基础的地脚螺栓;二、型钢柱的下端设置有外缘板,外缘板贯穿有第一开孔,将型钢柱的相邻的两侧面分别与两块墙板内的钢筋相焊接,型钢柱于墙板上方连接有工字梁,再分别向型钢柱内和墙板内灌注轻骨料混凝土以使墙板和型钢柱形成组合墙板;步骤三、将预制好的墙板和型钢柱吊装至钢筋混凝土底板基础上,并将地脚螺栓插接进第一开孔中,并于地脚螺栓上螺栓连接上螺母以固定型钢柱;四、将叠合板吊装至组合墙板上方封顶,最后于叠合板上进行混凝土浇筑形成叠合层。本发明具有安装方便、节省施工工期的效果。
