Steel grid construction method
The invention relates to a construction method for a steel grid with a large-span lattice shell structure, so that the assembling quality and the construction progress are further improved. The methodcomprises the steps of firstly installing a subdivisional work of a G1 shaft middle support steel structure; starting to stride a roof grid from a gable part, and forming a stable structure system after a gable starting grid is accomplished, wherein the overall strength, the rigidity and the stability of the starting grid meet the requirements; and then respectively closing in the direction fromtwo sides to a G1 shaft middle support, hoisting the rest part of grid, matching with a small unit high-altitude bulk-way assembly method for construction, and propelling from an n shaft to 1 shaft until a main grid body is installed completely. According to the method provided by the invention, the assembling accuracy of the grid, the construction quality of the grid and the whole construction speed are improved, meanwhile, the structure safety under the construction condition is further ensured, and the construction method is worth popularizing and applying.
本发明为一种大跨度网壳结构的钢网架施工方法,进一步地提高了拼装质量和施工进度。该方法首先安装G1轴中部支架钢结构分项工程,屋面网架起步跨从山墙部位开始,山墙起步网架完成后形成稳定结构体系,起步网架的整体强度、刚度、稳定性满足要求,然后分别从两侧向G1轴中部支架方向合拢,余下部分网架进行吊车配合小单元高空散装法施工,从n轴向1轴推进,直至主体网架安装完毕。本发明方法提高了网架的拼装精度、网架的施工质量以及整体的施工速度,同时又保证了施工工况下结构的安全,值得推广应用。
