Simple and rapid horizontal and vertical transportation tool and construction method
The invention discloses a simple and fast horizontal and vertical transportation tool and a construction method. Two third square steel with the section dimension of 140 * 140 * 10and one first squaresteel with the section dimension of 120 * 120 * 10 are firstly placed on the ground to form door shapes, door-shaped frame components are formed by welding connection, then square steel with the section dimension of 100 * 100 * 10 is connected through corresponding holes selected according to actual situation on site, after connection is completed, the door-shaped frame components are erected andfixed to the ground, the four corners of the door-shaped frame components are wrapped with soft protection rubber sleeves, and paper stickers capable of being seen at night are attached to the soft protection rubber sleeves to serve as safety warnings; then second square steel with the section dimension of 60 * 60 * 10 and fourth square steel with the section dimension of 100 * 100 * 10 are welded and fixed, an electric hoist is arranged, the position is debugged, the electric hoist is fixed at the end parts of bolts, and vertical dispatching is facilitated; and after the electric hoist is used for hoisting a heavy object, the heavy object can be selected to be directly used, and horizontal carrying work can be carried out through sliding trolley wheels, so that the secondary carrying distance by workers is shortened, and construction is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种简易、快捷的水平、垂直运输工具及施工方法,在地面上先摆放两根140*140*10的第三方钢与一根120*120*10的第一方钢,摆成门型,采用焊接连接组成门形框架构件,再将100*100*10的方钢依据现场实际情况选择相应孔洞进行连接,完成后,将门形框架构件竖起,与地面固定,并在四个角部包裹软防护胶套,在软防护胶套上面贴有可夜视的纸贴,作为安全警示;再将60*60*10的第二方钢与100*100*10的第四方钢进行焊接固定,并安装上电动葫芦,调试位置,在螺栓端部进行固定,方便进行垂直调运,利用电动葫芦将重物吊起完成后,可以选择直接使用,也可利用滑动小车轮进行水平搬运工作,减少工人二次搬运距离,方便了施工。
