The invention provides a glass lifting locked-rotor state determination method and device, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The state determination method comprises the steps that: the rotating speeds of a target glass lifting motor is obtained; a target locked-rotor current is determined based on the plurality of rotating speeds; the actual current of the target glass lifting motor is obtained, when the actual current is larger than or equal to the target locked-rotor current, it is determined that the target glass lifting motor is in a locked-rotor state, and when the actual current is smaller than the target locked-rotor current, it is determined that the target glass lifting motor is in a working state, wherein the working state comprises an ascending sub-state and a descending sub-state. According to the glass lifting locked-rotor state determination method provided by the technical schemes of the invention, the target locked-rotor current is determined according to theactual current and the current rotating speed of the motor; and compared with a single current comparison mode, the method can improve glass state identification accuracy.
