The invention discloses a graphene heating and air purifying artistic decorative wainscot. The artistic decorative wainscot comprises a graphene heating device and line accessories, wherein the graphene heating device comprises one or more graphene heating plates; the graphene heating plates are vertically or transversely fixed to a wall at equal intervals through the line accessories; the graphene heating plate sequentially comprises a decorative layer, a base material layer, a heating layer, a heat preservation layer and a graphene negative oxygen ion layer from outside to inside; and a heating body in the heating layer is a graphene PTC heating film. Therefore, the graphene heating and air purifying artistic decorative wainscot provided by the invention not only has heating and air purifying functions, but also has the advantages of convenience in construction, easiness in maintenance, simplicity in wainscot replacement and the like.
