The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a wood-like wainscot board capable of heating, and belongs to the field of decorative articles. The wood-like wainscot board comprises six layers of structures, and the outermost layer is a transparent wear-resistant layer made of an aluminum oxide film; the second layer is a decorative layer on which patterns such as wood grains or stone grains are drawn on the PVC film; the third layer is a framework layer formed by an aluminum magnesium alloy forming plate; the fourth layer is a heating layer and is made of a low-temperature radiation electrothermal film; the fifth layer is a thermal insulation layer made of a polyurethane foam board; and the sixth layer is a reflecting layer which is coated by an aluminum foil film. During manufacturing, the decorative layer is pasted on one face of the framework layer, then the wear-resistant layer is hot-pressed on the decorative layer, then the heating layer is pasted and then the thermal insulation layer is sprayed on the other face of the framework layer after the framework layer is formed through special equipment, the reflecting layer is pasted after the thermal insulation layer is shaped, then the wainscot board is cut and connected with a power line, finally, a convex male interface and a concave female interface are respectively processed on two side edges of the wainscot board, and a plurality of small holes are uniformly drilled on a concave female interface board at intervals.
本发明公开一种可发热的仿木墙裙板制作方法,属于装饰用品领域,仿木墙裙板包括六层结构,最外层为透明的三氧化二铝膜制作的耐磨层;第二层为PVC膜上绘制木纹或石纹等花色图案的装饰层;第三层由铝镁合金成型板构成的骨架层;第四层为发热层,用低温辐射电热膜制作;第五层用聚氨酯发泡板制作的保温层;第六层为反射层,由铝箔膜担当。制作时,先在骨架层一面粘贴装饰层,再在装饰层上热压耐磨层,然后将骨架层用专用设备成型后在骨架层的另一面依次粘贴发热层、喷涂保温层,再将保温层定型后粘贴反射层,其后对墙裙板进行裁切,连接电源线,最后在墙裙板两侧边上各加工一个凸、凹型公、母接口并在其凹型母接口板上间隔均匀套钻若干个小孔。
