The invention discloses an intelligent drunk driving prevention control device and method. The device comprises an alcohol detection unit, a human body induction unit, a vehicle window opening and closing detection unit, an alarm unit and a single-chip microcomputer controller, wherein the alcohol detection unit is connected with the single-chip microcomputer controller; the human body induction unit is connected with the single-chip microcomputer controller; the vehicle window opening and closing detection unit is connected with the single-chip microcomputer controller; the alarm unit is connected with the single-chip microcomputer controller; the single-chip microcomputer controller is used for determining that someone enters a cab according to the human body induction unit, and the single-chip microcomputer controller controls a self-sealing device starting unit to close a vehicle window and close the cab after detecting that the vehicle window is in an open state according to the vehicle window opening and closing detection unit, then controls the alcohol detection unit to detect the alcohol concentration, determines whether to send an alarm signal to the alarm unit or not according to a comparison relation between the alcohol concentration and an alarm value, and is further used for sending display data to a display unit. According to the invention, a high-precision direct-current power supply is arranged to supply power to the system, the reliability of the system can be improved, and drunk driving behaviors can be eradicated.
