The invention discloses a method for preparing battery-grade manganous-manganic oxide and co-product sulfuric acid by roasting high-purity manganese sulfate. The method comprises steps: washing low-grade silicon-manganese alloy fly ash with 20% dilute sulfuric acid; removing a slag to obtain a sulfate solution; adjusting the concentrations of calcium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and magnesium sulfatein the sulfate solution to enable calcium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and magnesium sulfate to generate calcium magnesium vanadium coprecipitate; adding a certain amount of manganese powder; and separating the calcium magnesium vanadium, crystallizing an obtained manganese sulfate solution at high temperature; and separating crystals, drying manganese sulfate obtained in the previous step; calcination at 1300 DEG C to obtain manganous-manganic oxide and sulfur dioxide. According to the method, the waste dilute sulfuric acid is used for treating the silicon-manganese alloy fly ash; according tothe method, the manganese element in the silicon-manganese alloy fly ash can be effectively recycled to prepare manganous-manganic oxide and byproduct sulfuric acid, waste dilute sulfuric acid and calcium magnesium vanadium can be effectively utilized as raw materials of a cement plant, effective recycling and reusing of resources are achieved, a manganese sulfate solution is purified through tworeactions of coprecipitation and replacement, and high-purity manganese sulfate is obtained.
一种高纯硫酸锰焙烧制备电池级四氧化三锰及附产硫酸的方法,用20%的稀硫酸洗涤低品位硅锰合金除尘灰,除渣后得到硫酸盐溶液,调节硫酸盐溶液中硫酸钙、硫酸铝、硫酸镁的浓度,以使硫酸钙、硫酸铝、硫酸镁生成钙镁矾共沉淀,然后加入一定量的锰粉,并分离钙镁矾,将得到的硫酸锰溶液高温结晶,并分离结晶物,将中得到的硫酸锰干燥后,在1300℃下煅烧,得到四氧化三锰和二氧化硫,本发明方法利用废稀硫酸处理硅锰合金除尘灰,能有效回收硅锰合金除尘灰中的锰元素制取四氧化三锰与附产硫酸,还能有效利用废稀硫酸,钙镁矾可作为水泥厂原料,实现了资源的有效回收和再利用,通过共沉淀和置换两种反应来提纯硫酸锰溶液,得到高纯硫酸锰。
