The invention relates to a method for producing manganous-manganic oxide and co-producing lead-silver alloy, which comprises the following steps: carrying out leaching reaction on electrolytic manganese anode slag by using sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide to generate a manganese sulfate solution, and carrying out filter pressing to remove lead-rich slag for later use; filtering the filtrate through a ceramic membrane, adding industrial-grade manganese dioxide, stirring, slowly adding stronger ammonia water, reacting for two hours, heating to 60 DEG C, filtering, washing filter residues with water, spray-drying, demagnetizing and packaging to obtain a finished product manganous-manganic oxide for sale, adding lime milk into the filtrate for deamination to prepare ammonia water, and carrying out dense filter pressing and drying on the emulsion to generate a calcium sulfate solid. And drying, crushing, packaging and selling, and performing multi-effect evaporation on the filtrate to prepare deionized water for the previous process steps. According to the method, the electrolytic manganese production process is researched, high-valued comprehensive utilization of the electrolytic manganese anode slag is achieved, and high-quality development of the manganese industry is promoted.
