Novel fiber-reinforced alkali-activated slag concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fiber-reinforced alkali-activated slag concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The concrete material is composed of slag, sodium hydroxide, water glass, sand, gravel, coal gangue, water, a water reducer and basalt fibers. The concrete material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 414 parts of slag, 29 parts of sodium hydroxide, 138 partsof water glass, 515 parts of sand, 717 parts of broken stone, 239 parts of coal gangue, 166 parts of water, 8 parts of a water reducer and 13.3 parts of basalt fibers. The basalt fibers are well bonded with a concrete matrix, and the tensile strength and the crack resistance of the concrete material are remarkably improved and are higher than those of common concrete. The fibers can reduce concrete shrinkage and inhibit crack development in the concrete, when the concrete is subjected to external load, the load can be uniformly transferred, the internal stress concentration is avoided, the destroy on concrete is prevented, and the overall strength of the concrete can be greatly improved.
本发明公开一种制备纤维增强碱激发矿渣混凝土材料及其制备方法。该混凝土材料由矿渣、氢氧化钠、水玻璃、砂子、碎石、煤矸石、水、高效减水剂、玄武岩纤维组成。各组分含量按质量分数计算,其比例为:矿渣414份,氢氧化钠29份,水玻璃138份,砂子515份,碎石717份,煤矸石239份,水166份,高效减水剂8份,玄武岩纤维13.3份。本发明所得到的新型混凝土材料,玄武岩纤维与混凝土基体粘结良好,其耐拉强度和抗裂纹能力显著提升,高于普通混凝土。由于纤维在混凝土内部能减小混凝土收缩和抑制裂缝的发展,并且混凝土受到外部荷载时,能均匀的传递荷载,避免混凝土内部应力集中,出现破坏,可以极大提高混凝土整体强度。
