The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing residual sludge and a biomass material until the particle size is not more than 10mm, adding water, and stirring until slurry with the density of 1400-1700g/cm < 3 > is obtained; diluting a foaming agent by 50 times and foaming by 30 times to prepare a foam and aerogel mixture; and 2, uniformly mixing and stirring the slurry obtained in step 1 with gypsum, cement, mineral powder and water, heating for a period of time, cooling, adding the mixture obtained in step 3, uniformly stirring to obtain cured light soil, and carrying out casting molding. According to the invention, residual mud and muck dug out or generated in construction of civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and the like are used as raw materials for solidifying light soil, so that waste recycling is effectively realized, environmental pollution is reduced, the use of traditional materials such as soil, gravels, lime, cement and the like is reduced, resources are saved, and the production cost of the solidified light soil is greatly reduced.
