Rod body material for integral stopper rod
The invention provides a rod body material for an integral stopper rod. The rod body material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of magnesia, 20-30 parts of flake graphite, 1-5 parts of a high-temperature sintering agent, 2-10 parts of an antioxidant and 10-15 parts of a binding agent, wherein the high-temperature sintering agent is silica powder or borosilicate glass; the antioxidant is one or three of metal-silicon powder, silicon carbide powder, boron carbide powder, silicon nitride, silicon iron nitride and boron nitride; and the binding agent is phenolic resin. The rod body material has the following beneficial effects: fused magnesite or sintered magnesite is adopted to replace brown fused alumina as the main raw material of the rod body of an integral stopper rod, the requirements such as an ultra-low aluminum content, no titanium, and the like of an integral composite stopper rod for special steel such as cord steel can be met; and meanwhile, by adding a specific antioxidant and a high-temperature sintering agent, the thermal shock resistance stability and strength of the magnesia carbon rod body are improved.
本发明提出了一种整体塞棒用棒身材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:镁砂60~75份,鳞片石墨20~30份,高温烧结剂1~5份,抗氧化剂2~10份,以及结合剂10~15份;高温烧结剂为硅微粉或硼玻璃;抗氧化剂为金属硅粉、碳化硅粉、碳化硼粉、氮化硅、氮化硅铁、氮化硼中的一种或三种;结合剂为酚醛树脂。本发明的有益效果如下:通过采用电熔镁砂或者烧结镁砂取代棕刚玉作为整体塞棒棒身的主要原料,可满足帘线钢等特殊钢种用整体复合塞棒材质超低铝无钛的要求;同时通过加入特定的抗氧化剂和高温烧结剂,改善了镁碳质棒身的抗热震稳定性和强度。
