The invention relates to a tundish impact plate capable of resisting molten steel scouring as well as a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The invention belongs to the technical field of steelmaking. The tundish impact plate comprises, by weight, a main material and a binding agent, wherein the main material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55-90% of tabular corundum, 0-28% of high-alumina bauxite clinker, 4-10% of ultrafine powder, 5-8% of a reinforcing agent and 0.5-1.5% of crystalline flake graphite; the dosage of the binding agent is 2.9-3.1% of that of the main material, the reinforcing agent is metal aluminum fine powder, and the tundish impact plate is obtained through mixing, mechanical pressing forming and heat treatment of the rawmaterials. The tundish impact plate has the advantages of higher breaking strength, higher compressive strength and lower linear change rate after burning, so that the tundish impact plate has good molten steel scouring resistance, and meanwhile, the tundish impact plate also has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in preparation and convenience in control.
