The invention discloses a construction method of a foundation pit enclosure structure located in an underground space of an existing building. The construction method comprises the following steps that the position of the enclosure structure located in the underground space of the existing building is determined; a soil body below a bottom plate is reinforced or foundation underpinning reinforcement is conducted on the bottom plate; in the underground space, partition walls are constructed along the two sides of the area of the enclosure structure to be constructed correspondingly; a buttresscolumn or a supporting structure is arranged on the outer side of the enclosed area of the two partition walls; a top plate and the bottom plate in the area of the enclosure structure to be constructed are sequentially broken; and the enclosure structure is constructed in the enclosed space of the two partition walls. The construction method has the advantages that it can be ensured that the existing building (structure) can be transformed as needed and is not damaged, the enclosure structure can be effectively constructed according to a normal construction process, required construction machinery is simple, the operation difficulty is low, the construction measure cost is low, the influence on the surrounding environment is small, and the comprehensive effect is remarkable.
