The invention provides a construction method and a secant pile construction device, and relates to the technical field of construction. The construction method is used for deep foundation pit supportconstruction in a sandy cobble stratum narrow space. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, drilling secant form distribution is adopted on the premise of meeting support depthrequirements, and a drilling sequence is applied in an every-other-hole to from first-class holes; and S2, a positioning plate is placed on the upper portions of the first-class holes, and pre-buriedpile cores are inserted into the first-class holes by means of through holes of the positioning plate. The construction method is used for deep foundation pit support construction in the sandy cobblestratum narrow space, and the pre-buried pile cores occupy the secant positions of concrete piles formed by the first-class holes and other concrete piles so that the parts, where the concrete pilesare formed, of the first-class holes do not form the concrete piles, pile bodies do not need to be cut, concrete waste is reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
