Novel latticed column connecting method
The invention provides a novel latticed column connecting method. The novel latticed column connecting method comprises the steps that firstly, connecting steel plates and the ends of latticed columnsof various parts are connected, and the latticed columns of the various parts are in lap joint into a whole through the connecting steel plates and are fixed through bolts; secondly, after construction of a pipe gallery body structure is completed, the bolts are twisted to be dismounted down, and the latticed columns stretches out of the body structure are dismounted; and thirdly, the connectingsteel plates located at the two ends of the latticed columns in the pipe gallery body structure are kept so as to serve as water stop steel plates in the body structure. By means of the above latticedcolumn connecting method, the problem that latticed columns are hard to dismount when a body structure is dismounted and supported can be effectively solved, by means of the technology, the latticedcolumns can be dismounted more conveniently and rapidly, the construction period can be shortened, and the material utilization rate and the waterproof effect of the connecting positions of the latticed columns and the body structure are effectively improved.
本发明提出了一种新型格构柱的连接方法,包括:步骤一:将连接钢板与各部分格构柱的端头连接,并通过连接钢板将各部分格构柱搭接成一个整体,并通过螺栓进行固定;步骤二:管廊主体结构施工完成后,通过将螺栓扭旋卸除,把伸出主体结构外的格构柱拆除;步骤三:保留位于管廊主体结构内的格构柱两端的连接钢板,以作为主体结构中的止水钢板。上述格构柱的连接方法可以有效的解决主体结构拆撑时,格构柱拆卸的难题的难题,利用该技术使格构柱的拆卸更加方便快捷,能缩短施工工期,且有效的提高了材料的利用率及格构柱与主体结构交接位置的防水效果。
