The device comprises embedded section reinforcing steel bars, embedded section steel plates, embedded section flanges, connecting section flanges and bolts, wherein the embedded section reinforcing steel bars and the embedded section steel plates are poured in concrete supports and arranged close to a steel latticed column, the embedded section flanges are poured at the ends of the concrete supports and extend towards the steel latticed column, the steel latticed column is sleeved with the connecting section flanges, the bolts are matched with bolt holes formed in the connecting section flange, the bolt holes in the embedded section flange are connected with the bolt holes in the connecting section flange through the bolts, a reinforcing plate is reinforced between the connecting section flange and the steel latticed column, and the embedded section steel bars are fixed on the embedded section steel plates. According to the device, a steel structure assembly form is adopted, the bolts are adopted for connection, assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the construction period is greatly shortened; the support can be hoisted only by opening the bolts when disassembled, noise pollution is avoided, and the surrounding environment is effectively protected; and high-speed or manual chiseling is avoided, the site environment can be ensured to be clean and tidy, and pollution caused by chiseled concrete garbage is avoided.
