The invention discloses a rainwater collecting recycling device for a landscape design. The rainwater collecting recycling device comprises a base, wherein a transverse shaft is rotatably mounted on the middle above the base; the top side of the transverse shaft is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom side of a first box body with an opening in the top side; a rain collecting plate whichis fixedly connected to the base is arranged above the first box body; a water draining hole in the middle of the bottom side of the rain collecting plate is positioned above the first box body; the middle of the first box body is fixedly equipped with a first partition plate; left and right ends of the bottom of the first box body are separately provided with water draining holes; outer sides ofthe bottom sides of the water draining holes are separately connected to the outer end of a filter screen through torsion springs; the inner side of the filter screen is fixedly connected to the outerend of a transverse plate separately; and the inner end of the bottom side of the transverse plate and the top side of the base are separately connected through a pull rod. The rainwater collecting recycling device is simple in structure, is delicate in idea, and can temporarily store collected rainwater for discharging after rainwater forms certain potential energy, so that a power generating device can be driven to generate power more effectively.
