The invention discloses an eccentric sleeve connecting piece which is used for connecting a first rod piece and a second rod piece on two components. The eccentric sleeve connecting piece comprises anouter sleeve, an end nut, an intermediate nut and a hollow screw rod, wherein the end nut and the hollow screw rod are arranged at the two ends of the outer sleeve; the intermediate nut is arranged in a cavity enclosed by the outer sleeve, the end nut and the hollow screw rod; the end nut is connected with the first rod piece; the second rod piece penetrates through the hollow nut; the intermediate nut is connected with the second rod piece; a gap is reserved between the intermediate nut and the outer sleeve; and a gap is reserved between a middle duct of the hollow screw rod and the second rod piece. According to the eccentric sleeve connecting piece, the fast and efficient fastening and connection of the embedded rod pieces on the prefabricated components is realized, the efficiency ofconnection and fastening is high, the construction speed is high, and the application range is wide.
