The anchoring sleeve connecting piece comprises a connecting sleeve, wherein a plurality of annular grooves are formed in the inner wall of the connecting sleeve; a grouting opening is formed in one end of the connecting sleeve, and an exhaust opening is formed in the other end of the connecting sleeve and is used for grouting operation after steel bars are riveted; and the two ends of the connecting sleeve are used for inserting the steel bars and are sealed through sealing device pieces.
