A titanium dioxide based hydrophobic coating layer with uniformly distributed waveformgroove structures is arranged on the surface layer of the photovoltaic waterproof roll, so that hydrophobicity and antibacterial property of the surface of the waterproof roll are improved, cleanliness of the surface of the photovoltaic waterproof roll is guaranteed, permeability of sunlight and photovoltaic property are ensured, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is increased.
