The invention belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a flexible waterproof roll photovoltaic roof panel structure which comprises a waterproof structure, a supporting structure and a plurality of photovoltaic roof panels, and gaps between adjacent photovoltaic roof panels are sealed through silicone structural sealant; the waterproof structure comprises a waterproof roll located on the surface of the roof. The supporting structure comprises a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly, the first supporting assembly is used for supporting the photovoltaic roof panels, and the second supporting assembly is used for supporting the roof and the waterproof roll. The photovoltaic roof panel and the silicone-poured structural sealant form an upper heat-insulation waterproof layer, the lower heat-insulation waterproof layer fixes the waterproof coiled material on the surface of the roof through the self-tapping screws, and a double waterproof structure is adopted, so that double heat insulation is achieved, solar energy can be converted to provide electric energy for a building, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
