The invention provides a composite solid wood floor. The composite solid wood floor comprises a solid wood substrate. The solid wood substrate comprises a core material plate and longitudinal wood grain frames arranged on the two sides of the core material plate. The core material plate comprises a plurality of transverse wood grain core materials and longitudinal wood grain core materials splicedinto a column. The longitudinal wood grain frames comprise first longitudinal wood grain strips, waterproof layers and second longitudinal wood grain strips. The first longitudinal wood grain stripsare arranged adjacent to the core material plate. The waterproof layers are arranged on the sides, deviating from the core material plate, of the first longitudinal wood grain strips. The second longitudinal wood grain strips are arranged on the sides, deviating from the first longitudinal wood grain strips, of the waterproof layers. The first longitudinal wood grain strips and the second longitudinal wood grain strips are bonded together through the waterproof layers. According to the composite solid wood floor, external water vapor infiltration can be prevented through the structural arrangement of the longitudinal wood grain frames, water absorbing expansion or corrosion of the composite solid wood floor can be avoided, and the overall bending deformation resistance and warpage resistance of the composite solid wood floor can be improved.
