The invention discloses a steel large formwork integrally designed with reserved boxes and a construction method of the steel large formwork, relates to the technical field of building construction, and is used for solving the problem that the positioning deviation of traditional bracket reserved boxes affects the climbing of a steel platform formwork. Long round holes are longitudinally formed inthe two sides of the reserved box; a formwork component comprises a pair of formwork bodies and angle steel longitudinal ribs; long strip holes are longitudinally formed in the positions, corresponding to brackets, of the formwork bodies; the angle steel longitudinal ribs are arranged at the two sides of the long strip holes; and connecting holes matched with the long round holes are vertically formed in the side edges of the angle steel longitudinal ribs at certain intervals, so that the plurality of reserved boxes are clamped between the two formwork bodies at equal intervals, and the wholesteel large formwork is fixedly formed. Due to the design, a constructor can operate on the outer side of the steel large formwork, and the manual operation problems of mounting, dismounting and position moving of the reserved boxed are well solved; in addition, the reserved boxes are in bolt connection with the side surfaces of the formwork bodies, so that the problem that concrete slurry pollutes bolt holes is avoided; and most importantly, the quality of the formed concrete surface is not affected.
本发明的一种与预留盒一体化设计的钢大模板及其施工方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域,用于解决传统牛腿预留盒定位偏差,影响钢平台模架爬升的问题。预留盒的两侧纵向开设长圆孔;模板构件包括一对模板本体和角钢纵肋,模板本体在与牛腿相对应位置纵向开设长条孔,角钢纵肋设置于长条孔的两边,其侧边以一定间距竖向开设与长圆孔相匹配的连接孔,使得若干预留盒等间距夹设于两块模板本体之间,并固定形成一整块钢大模板。这种设计,使得施工人员可以在钢大模板外侧进行操作,很好的解决了预留盒安装拆卸及移动位置的人工操作问题。并且,预留盒与模板本体的侧面螺栓连接,避免了混凝土浆料污染螺栓孔的问题。最主要的是不会影响混凝土成型后表面的质量。
