The invention relates to a protective propaganda fence for engineering construction. The protective propaganda fence comprises a stand column and a plate body installed on the stand column, wherein the plate body faces the front face of a construction site, and the plate body faces the back face of the construction site; a plurality of foldable seats are arranged on the lower side of the front face, and a baffle of a notice groove is arranged on the upper side of the front face; the baffle above is driven to be synchronously unfolded by pulling any seat, and otherwise, the baffle is automatically closed to drive the seat to be folded; and a plurality of T-shaped vertical mounting grooves are formed in the back face; and fixing pieces which can be self-locked and are used for clamping all positions of the upper edge and the lower edge of an advertising board are arranged in the mounting grooves in a sliding mode. According to the protective propaganda fence, the front face is provided with the seats and the baffle which are in transmission connection, the seats are pulled to drive the baffle to be unfolded, so that workers can have a rest and keep out wind and rain, otherwise, the baffle automatically falls down to drive the seats to rotate so as to be folded and put away, so that the use of workers is facilitated, the function of the fence is increased, and the good feeling andthe comfort degree of the workers are increased.
