The present invention provides a stator unit for a brushless DC electric motor assembly, comprising: a plurality of electromagnetic sub-assemblies, each electromagnetic sub-assembly comprising a carrier and a winding unit; each bearing part comprises a straight outer ring section, an arc-shaped inner ring section and a web section enabling the outer ring section and the inner ring section to be connected with each other. The outer ring section defines an outer circumferential surface of the stator unit having a polygonal cross-section and the inner ring section defines a rotor cavity of the stator unit having a circular cross-section, and the plurality of electromagnetic sub-assemblies are each adapted to abut against each other to be annularly arranged when assembled.
