The invention relates to a pre-laid reverse-adhesion macromolecule self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material and a construction process thereof; the pre-laid reverse-adhesion macromolecule self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material comprises a base material layer, a self-adhesion pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and an isolation layer which are sequentially stacked, and is characterized inthat the base material layer is made of modified high-density polyethylene, and the self-adhesion pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is made of non-asphalt-based macromolecules; the base material layer and the self-adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are formed in a hot-pressing composite mode. An organically combined gapless structure is formed between the building body to be subjected towaterproof treatment and the self-adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the water channeling phenomenon is eradicated, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof coiled material is greatlyimproved.
本发明涉及一种预铺反粘高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材及其施工工艺,包括依次叠置的基材层、自粘压敏胶层和隔离层,其特征在于:所述基材层由改性高密度聚乙烯制成,所述自粘压敏胶层由非沥青基高分子制成;所述基材层与自粘压敏胶层之间采用热压复合成型。本发明具有待防水处理的建筑体与自粘压敏胶层之间形成有机结合的无间隙结构,杜绝窜水现象,极大提高了防水卷材的防水性能。
