The invention relates to a multifunctional quantum ceramic brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The multifunctional quantum ceramic brick comprises a ceramic brick green body, a diamond ground glaze and diamond polished glaze, wherein the diamond ground glaze contains 1%-5% of quantum powder; the quantum powder comprises the following mineral raw materials in parts by weight: 28-35 parts of greyite, 45-55 parts of hydrozincite, 6-8 parts of zircon, 2-4 parts of zircon containing thorium, 1-2 parts of xenotime, 1-3 parts of monazite and 1-2 parts of chevkinite. The diamond ground glaze iscomposed of the following raw materials: potassium feldspar, albite, dolomite, frit, calcined alumina, quartz and water washed kaolin. The manufacturing method of the multifunctional quantum ceramic brick comprises the following processing steps: 1, manufacturing quantum powder; 2, preparing a glaze material; 3, glazing; and 4, firing. The multifunctional quantum ceramic brick is a novel materialcapable of emitting far infrared rays, resisting bacteria, killing bacteria, degrading formaldehyde and benzene, releasing negative ions and resisting radiation.
