The invention discloses an environment-friendly PC brick and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, the environment-friendly PC brick structurally comprises a base material, a cementing material and a surface layer material, the base material comprises solid waste, sand, cement and an additive, the cementing material comprises resin, an organic cross-linking agent and stone-like paint, the surface layer material comprises the cementing material and fine aggregate, and the fine aggregate is a mixture of the base material and the cementing material. The base material accounts for 85%; the binding material accounts for 10%; the surface layer material accounts for 5%; the proportions of the solid waste, the sand, the cement and the additive are 60%, 35%, 3% and 2%; the proportions of the resin, the organic cross-linking agent and the stone-like paint are 60%, 30% and 10%; and the proportions of the gel material and the fine aggregate of the surface layer material are 30% and 70% respectively. The method has the beneficial effects that raw waste sidewalk bricks, curbs and other materials are fully utilized, secondary recycling is achieved, the construction cost can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
