Expressway pavement construction method based on pressure-resistant device
The invention discloses an expressway pavement construction method based on a pressure-resistant device. The device comprises an asphalt concrete layer, a waterproof layer, a high-strength steel plate, a supporting layer, longitudinal steel bars, transverse steel bars, compression resistance mechanisms, oil supply columns, an oil way, cooling mechanisms, oil conveying pipes and a steel reinforcement cage. The asphalt concrete layer, the waterproof layer and the high-strength steel plate are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The bottom surface of the high-strength steel plate is connected with the plurality of oil supply columns; the bottom surface of the high-strength steel plate is also connected with a plurality of cooling mechanisms; the plurality of compression resistance mechanisms are sequentially communicated through the plurality of oil conveying pipes; the bottom ends of the compression resistance mechanism, the oil supply columns and the cooling mechanisms are fixedlyconnected to the supporting layer; the longitudinal steel bars and the transverse steel bars are arranged between the supporting layer and the high-strength steel plate; and the longitudinal steel bars, the transverse steel bars and the steel bar cage form a geometry, so that the anti-pressure capacity of the highway pavement is greatly improved, and the safety coefficient is increased.
