The invention discloses an expressway pavement construction method based on a compression resistance device, and relates to the technical field of expressway pavement compression resistance. When a transverse plate is pressed to extrude an oil tank through an extrusion block and a compression block, multiple groups of first connecting seats and connecting blocks slide in a second frame to relieve pressure, and at the moment, the connecting blocks are extruded through dampers to reset, so that buffering and pressure resistance are achieved; a connecting block reciprocates to drive an L-shaped piston rod, a piston plate moves in a first piston barrel, a one-way air outlet valve is matched with a cooling opening to blow air to one side, when the piston plate moves outwards, a one-way air inlet valve sucks the air into the first piston barrel, and therefore the pressure resisting mechanism can be cooled; and through cooperation of the compression-resistant mechanism and the auxiliary mechanism, pressure is evenly distributed, so that settlement of the road surface is reduced, the internal structure is simple, treatment by workers is facilitated, and the maintenance time cost is reduced.
