GFRP tube hollow digging pile foundation and construction method thereof
The invention provides a GFRP hollow digging pile foundation and a construction method thereof. The foundation is embedded in an underground soil pit, and relates to the technical field of power transmission line narrow base tower foundations. The GFRP hollow digging pile foundation comprises a GFRP tube and concrete poured between the GFRP tube and the soil pit, wherein the concrete is used for covering the whole GFRP tube to form a concrete hollow pile; and the top of the concrete hollow pile is fixedly provided with a column foot plate flange. The construction method comprises the followingsteps: forming pores by a rotary drilling jig, placing the inner GFRP tube, pouring concrete, rotating and lifting an inner electromagnet for magnetic vibrating, and mounting a pedal flange on a pre-embedded foundation bolt. Compared with a conventional digging pile foundation, the GFRP hollow digging pile foundation has the advantages that: a four-leg linked GFRP tube hollow digging pile foundation can save 30% of basic cost, reduces 60% or more of a surplus soil outward-transportation proportion, greatly improves construction quality and reduces the construction risk. The GFRP hollow digging pile foundation saves concrete of the middle part, uses back-filled soil to replace, reduces infrastructure investment, and also solves the problem that earth excavated earth treatment is difficult.
本发明提供了一种GFRP管中空挖孔桩基础及其施工方法,该基础埋设于地下土坑之中,涉及输电线窄基塔基础技术领域,包括GFRP管和浇筑于GFRP管与土坑之间的混凝土;所述混凝土将整根GFRP管包裹形成混凝土中空桩;所述混凝土中空桩的顶部固定设有塔脚板法兰。其施工方法包括旋挖钻机成孔、放入内部GFRP管、灌注混凝土、内部电磁铁旋转提升进行磁力振捣、预埋的地脚螺栓安装脚踏法兰。本发明相比传统挖孔桩基础,四腿联合GFRP管中空挖孔桩基础可节省基础造价30%,降低余土外运比例60%以上,同时大幅提高施工质量、降低施工风险。本发明GFRP管中空挖孔桩基础节省了中间部分的混凝土,并用回填土代替,即降低了基础投资,也解决了开挖土方处理难的问题。
