The structure comprises a geocell reinforced layer, transverse drainage pipes and a soil planting layer, longitudinal drainage ditches are formed in the two sides of an embankment and the middle of a roadbed, the geocell reinforced layer is composed of geocells and pervious concrete, the geocell reinforcedlayer is laid on the bottom layer of the embankment in the width direction of the embankment, the transverse drainage pipes are arranged above the longitudinal drainage ditches in the two sides of theembankment, one ends of the transverse drainage pipes are embedded in the embankment, the permeable geotechnical cloth is arranged to prevent embankment soil from blocking the transverse drainage pipes, and the other ends of the transverse drainage pipes extend into the longitudinal drainage ditches, and the soil planting layer is laid on the slope surface of the embankment.
