The invention discloses a water supply guarantee system based on intelligent water affairs. The water supply guarantee system comprises a pipe network auxiliary communicating mechanism, a water supplysituation monitoring mechanism, a terminal networking communication mechanism, a water supply situation notification mechanism and a central server; the pipe network auxiliary communicating mechanismcomprises a plurality of auxiliary communicating pipelines which communicate with a main water supply pipe network; the water supply situation monitoring mechanism comprises a plurality of detectioninstruments arranged on the main water supply pipe network and the auxiliary communicating pipelines; the terminal networking communication mechanism comprises a plurality of basic communication unitscorrespondingly connected with the detection instruments and a plurality of relay communication units connected with the basic communication units in a communication mode; the water supply situationnotification mechanism comprises a plurality of fixed-point notification boards and an interactive server, and the interactive server is connected with a mobile terminal of a user in a communication mode; and the central server is correspondingly connected with all the delay communication units and the interactive server in a communication mode. According to the water supply guarantee system, it can be guaranteed that water supply to the area can be continued through a deployment method when the water supply in some areas needs to be cut off.
