The invention discloses intelligent energy-saving type safety guarantee water supply equipment. The intelligent energy-saving type safety guarantee water supply equipment comprises a water quality monitoring device, when the turbidity index NTU of incoming water of a tap water pipe network is monitored to be larger than or equal to 5, a system automatically opens an electric water escape valve to be in a water drainage state, and water drainage and flow discarding are conducted through the electric water escape valve; when it is monitored that the turbidity index NTU is larger than 3 and smaller than 5, the electric water escape valve is controlled to be closed, meanwhile, an electric control valve 3 is opened to be in a water drainage state, and water flows into a water storage device to be stored for standby application; when it is monitored that the turbidity meets the water supply standard, the third electric control valve is closed; and the first electric control valve returns to the water supply state and supplies water to the secondary water supply equipment. The water quality safety of the last few meters of a user faucet is completely guaranteed; and in the implementation process, all indexes are strictly set according to specifications and water quality standards.
