Frame structure building and construction method
The invention relates to a frame structure building and a construction method. The frame structure building comprises a main body structure, a bearing structure column, a load transfer structure and atop structure, wherein a plurality of supporting columns are distributed in the main body structure, and the supporting columns are connected with structural beams arranged sequentially from top to bottom in the main body structure; the bearing structure column penetrates through the main body structure from top to bottom and comprises an upper column section extending out of the upper surface ofthe main body structure, a middle column section placed in the main body structure and a lower column section extending out of the lower surface of the main body structure, one end of the load transfer structure is connected with the upper column section, the other end of the load transfer structure extends diagonally downward and is connected with the supporting columns; and the top structure islocated above the main body structure, and the lower surface of the top structure is supported at the top end of the upper column section. The load of the main body structure is sequentially transmitted to the ground foundation through the structural beams, the supporting columns, the load transfer structure and the bearing structure column, and the bearing load of the structural beams and trussrods inside the main body structure is reduced.
