The invention discloses an external energy consumption steel bar prestress self-resetting joint structure and an assembly method. The part of the structure comprises a precast beam component, a precast column component, an unbonded prestressed tendon, an energy consumption steel bar, a high-strength friction type bolt, an angle steel component, and a seam filling layer. Compared with the prior art, the energy consumption steel bar solves the problem of compressed bending of the energy consumption steel bar according to the prior art; the structure is convenient and rapid to replace; the anglesteel component can be used as a lower part support in the process of splicing; the energy consumption steel bar is fixed to the angle steel component, an inner arm of force is enlarged, energy consumption capacity of the structure is improved, and holes are formed outside a joint core area to prevent the joint core area from being overly weakened; the energy consumption steel bar being screwed provides a part of shearing force to enhance the shear-resistant redundancy; and the unbonded prestressed tendon realizes beam and column splicing, so the joint is provided with good self-resetting function.
本发明公开了一种外置耗能钢棒的预应力自复位节点结构及装配方法,其中结构部分包括预制梁构件、预制柱构件、无粘结预应力筋、耗能钢棒、高强摩擦型螺栓、角钢组合件和填缝层。与现有技术相比,本发明的耗能钢棒解决了现有技术中耗能钢筋的受压屈曲问题,且更换方便快捷;角钢组合件在拼接时可以作为下部支撑使用;耗能钢棒固定在角钢组合件上,内力臂增大,增强了结构的耗能能力,且开洞避开了节点核心区,避免对节点核心区过多的削弱;拧紧的耗能钢棒提供部分剪力,增加抗剪冗余度;通过无粘结预应力筋实现梁柱拼接,节点具有良好的自复位功能。
