The invention discloses a vibration device for tile laying and a tile laying process, and relates to the technical field of tile laying devices. The vibration device comprises a push rod, a driving mechanism, a mounting plate and a roller assembly, wherein an outer shell is arranged on the mounting plate; the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the mounting plate; one side, away from the mounting plate, of the outer shell is connected with the push rod; the roller assembly comprises long plates, a rotating shaft and rubber sleeves; the long plates are connected with the mounting plate;a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the long plates along the length direction of the long plates; the rotating shaft is inserted into the connecting holes; the rubber sleeves sleeve the outer side wall of the rotating shaft; and the plane of the roller assembly is parallel to the plane of the mounting plate. By means of the vibration device, floor tiles are vibrated and leveled, so that the evenness among the floor tiles is better, the bonding among mortar and the floor tiles is tighter, and depressions and protuberances of a floor are avoided; and the vibration device is used foruniformly vibrating the floor tiles to replace a mode that a constructor uses a rawhide hammer to knock out each floor tile, so that not only is the operation intensity of the constructor reduced, butalso the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
