The invention discloses a vehicle lateral transfer connection mechanism in a three-dimensional garage and a connection method of the vehicle lateral transfer connection mechanism. The problems that aparking space gear and a roller of the parking space gear are time-consuming and labor-consuming in mounting and debugging, and a meshing gear is prone to being damaged in an existing connection mechanism are solved. The way that power is transmitted through the meshing of a connection gear and the parking space gear in a traditional connection mechanism is changed to the way that the connection between the power of transversely-moving vehicles on a stacker and a parking space belt roller is achieved through the cooperation of a friction wheel in the connection mechanism. An installation baseof a driving oil cylinder of a V-shaped swing arm is arranged on an eccentric shaft, and the distance between the V-shaped swing arm and the parking space friction wheel arranged on a parking space roller roller-shaft is adjusted through a driving motor of the eccentric shaft, the installation accuracy requirement of the connecting mechanism and a parking space is reduced, the reliable transmission of the power of the transversely-moving vehicles is further ensured, the installation and maintenance of the mechanism are facilitated, and the noise generated during vehicle connection is reduced.
本发明公开了一种立体车库中车辆横向转载接驳机构及接驳方法，解决了现有的接驳机构存在的车位齿轮及其辊筒安装调试费时耗力和啮合齿轮容易损伤的问题。将传统的接驳机构通过接驳齿轮与车位齿轮啮合传递动力，改变为接驳机构通过摩擦轮的配合来实现堆垛机上的横移车辆的动力与车位皮带辊筒之间的连接；将V形摆臂的驱动油缸的安装底座设置在一个偏心轴上，通过偏心轴的驱动电机，来调整V形摆臂与设置在车位辊筒辊轴上的车位摩擦轮之间的距离，即降低了接驳机构与车位的安装准确度要求，又保证了横移车辆动力的可靠传递。方便了机构的安装和维护，降低了车辆接驳中所产生的噪声。
