The invention discloses a garage vehicle rapid transfer mechanism. The garage vehicle rapid transfer mechanism comprises a plurality of parking space platforms and a traction mechanism used for pulling the parking space platforms; each parking space platform comprises a parking plate; the traction mechanism comprises a traction device; the traction device is a tractor or a winch or a chain wheel driven by a motor; the traction device pulls a main transmission device; the main transmission device is a traction rope or a traction chain; the front end of the main transmission device is connected with the traction device; the main transmission device is arranged along a lane in a garage and bypasses the parking space platforms; and the parking space platforms are connected with the main transmission device. The invention further discloses the corresponding underground garage and a vehicle emergency collective ex-garage method. All vehicles can be collectively pulled out of the garage through unified traction operation. When natural disasters such as rainstorms and floods occur, the vehicles in the underground garage can be well prevented from being flooded, corresponding vehicle property losses are avoided, the safety of the vehicles in the underground garage is improved, and the value and attraction of the underground garage are improved.
