Split clamping and lifting automobile carrier and automobile clamping and lifting method thereof
The invention discloses a split clamping and lifting automobile carrier and an automobile clamping and lifting method thereof, which solves the problems of how to avoid the carrier from damaging tyresand how to make equipment be low in cost and easy to maintain. A front intelligent carrying trolley (4) and a rear intelligent carrying trolley (8) are arranged independently, and a front embraced arm driving motor (29) and a rear embraced arm driving motor (31) on the front intelligent carrying trolley (4) act simultaneously, so that a pair of front embraced arms (30) and a pair of rear embracedarms (32) are opened at the same time to clamp a front wheel set of an automobile (3). The front embraced arm driving motor (29) on the rear intelligent carrying trolley (8) is controlled to rotate and open the pair of front embraced arms (30), the rear intelligent carrying trolley (8) moves backwards, and when the pair of front embraced arms (30) on the rear intelligent carrying trolley (8) makecontact with a rear wheel set of the automobile (3), the rear intelligent carrying trolley stops running, and the pair of rear embraced arms (32) are controlled to be opened. Flexible clamping of thetyres is realized.
