The invention relates to a safe box with dampproof and emergency functions. The safe box comprises a body and an isolation door, and further comprises a dehumidification mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism. The auxiliary mechanism comprises a generator, a lead screw, a ball screw bearing, a supporting casting pipe, a supporting rod, a spring and two fixed bearings. The dehumidification mechanismcomprises a power barrel, a first fan blade, a second fan blade, a first pipeline, a sealing cover, a rotating barrel, two mounting bearings and at least two second pipelines. In the safe box with thedampproof and emergency functions, by means of the dehumidification mechanism, the humidity in the safe box can be reduced, the probability that paper documents go mouldy is reduced, and the practicality of the safe box is improved; and through the auxiliary mechanism, electric energy can be generated to be provided for charging the safe box, the endurance time of the safe box is prolonged, and the practicality of the safe box is further improved.
